Identify requirements and budgets

Statistical consumption: Estimate the monthly or annual average usage of different types of consumables by referring to the past hotel occupancy rate, number of rooms and consumables usage data. Make flexible purchasing plan taking into account the difference between low and high seasons.

Set a budget: Set a reasonable budget range for one-time consumables purchases based on the hotel's financial situation and cost control objectives. Specify the unit price ceiling for each type of item to ensure that the procurement cost is affordable.

Choose quality should be business

Supplier screening: Through Internet search, industry recommendation, participation in exhibitions and other ways, collect information of a number of qualified and reputable consumable suppliers. Check the supplier's production capacity, product quality certification, customer evaluation, etc., and initially select the suppliers that meet the requirements.

Field visits: For important suppliers, arrange field visits to learn about their production equipment, process flow, quality control system and warehousing and logistics. Ensure suppliers have stable production capacity and reliable product quality.
